Registration of duplicate accounts — whether using the same personal details, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

3.4 Self-Excluded Players

If you have previously self-excluded from kvs247, you are not eligible to register a new Account until the self-exclusion period has elapsed and you have formally requested reinstatement through our support team. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating a new Account is a violation of these Terms.

4. Account Registration & Management

4.1 Accurate Information

When registering your kvs247 Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information — including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and any other details requested during registration. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kvs247 login credentials. Your password should be unique to your kvs247 Account and not used for any other service. You must not share your login details with any other person. kvs247 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify kvs247 immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate steps can be taken to secure the Account.

4.3 Account Dormancy

An Account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity — meaning no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet placed in that period. kvs247 may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant Accounts as detailed in the account settings section of the Platform. Players will be notified before any fee is applied. Dormant Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after a period of extended inactivity.

4.4 Account Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your kvs247 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance in your Wallet at the time of closure will be returned to you through your registered payment method following the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kvs247 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank Transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. 5.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

6.4 Technical Faults

In the event of a technical fault, malfunction, or system error that affects the outcome or recording of a game or bet, kvs247 reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return stakes to player Wallets. The decision of kvs247 in such cases is final. Players who exploit technical faults to generate winnings will have those winnings voided and may have their Accounts closed.

6.5 Errors in Published Odds

kvs247 makes every reasonable effort to publish accurate odds. Where an obvious error in published odds is identified — such as a market offering significantly higher odds than the actual probability of the event warrants — kvs247 reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds. Players will be notified and stakes returned. This clause applies to genuine pricing errors, not simply to odds movements.

6.6 Sports Betting – Abandoned and Postponed Events

If a sporting event is abandoned before a result is possible under the relevant market rules, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. If a result has been determined by the time the event is abandoned — for example, under Duckworth-Lewis in cricket — bets will be settled based on that official result. Match-specific markets (such as player performance or over totals) are voided if insufficient play has occurred for the market to have a valid resolution.

• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software to interact with kvs247 in a non-human manner
• Collusion with other players or with Platform employees
• Money laundering or using kvs247 for any other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion or account restrictions

8.2 Monitoring and Detection

kvs247 employs fraud detection and fair-play monitoring systems that analyse betting patterns, transaction behaviour, and account activity continuously. Where suspicious activity is detected, kvs247 may freeze account access pending investigation without prior notice. Players will be contacted for clarification before any permanent action is taken.

8.3 Void Bets and Forfeiture

12. Account Termination & Suspension

kvs247 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time with or without prior notice, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Provision of false or misleading registration information
• Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents when requested
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Chargebacks initiated with a payment provider
• Abusive or threatening behaviour directed at kvs247 staff
• Account inactivity exceeding the dormancy period defined in Section 4.3

Where an Account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. In all other cases, any balance in the Wallet at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Decisions to close Accounts for breach of Terms are final. Players who believe a closure was made in error should contact kvs247 at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving notification of closure to request a review.

13. Changes to These Terms

kvs247 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
